“Having access to primary care is vital to a community’s health and well-being, and EvergreenHealth Monroe is committed to serving as a trusted resource for the Sky Valley community,” said EvergreenHealth Monroe Chief Administrative Officer Reneé Jensen. “That’s why we are expanding our team of providers with the addition of Dr. Seale, who will support us in serving even more patients to meet the growing health care needs of East Snohomish County.”

When treating patients, Dr. Seale is interested in learning “who you are, what you love and what makes you unique.” She enjoys learning about her patients’ diverse backgrounds and works to incorporate their lifestyles and support systems into their health care plans. Through careful listening, humor and evidence-based practices, Dr. Seale collaborates with her patients to offer comprehensive and compassionate care.

Dr. Seale became interested in medicine after Hurricane Katrina when she had the opportunity to assist a local doctor in providing care to his rural community. The relationships the physician had formed with his patients inspired her, and since then, Dr. Seale has worked toward becoming a provider who knows her patients and their families well, and is part of their community.

A native of East Texas, Dr. Seale attended medical school at Texas A&M University before completing her residency at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine and the International Society for Sexual Health of Women.

Dr. Seale and her husband have two sons, and they enjoy spending time outdoors with activities such as hiking and sailing. The family is excited to become part of the Monroe community and to get to know their neighbors.
