Visitor Policy Changes - Effective April 14, 2022
For your safety and others, we are limiting visitors in our hospital, practices, and other areas of care. Thank you for traveling only to and from your destination. Please do not linger within the facility, for absolute safety for you and others.
Every patient and visitor will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at entry and asked to wear a mask for the duration of the visit.
Hospital Patients, Emergency Department, Surgical, and Imaging Patients
Visiting hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (24 hours for Emergency Department).
1 masked visitor a day for inpatients, emergency department, surgical and imaging patients.
2 masked visitors at a time for patients who are at the end of life. Determination of end of life, and appropriate timing for implementation, will be made by the care team and may vary from patient to patient.
0 visitors for COVID-19 positive patients or patients under investigation (PUI) for COVID-19.
Visitors may be present for aerosolizing procedures or during room turnover times if the patient is confirmed COVID-negative. Visitors will be given printed information by nursing staff or provider that describes the risk associated with being present (especially if they are not vaccinated) and ways they can mitigate risk, including use of PPE and effective hand hygiene.
Visitors must check in upon entry and check-out upon leaving. All visitors must be masked and remain so for the duration of their visit.
- No minor visitors (under age 18) allowed.
