Get a Cost Estimate

If you have commercial health insurance, your insurance company can help you obtain an estimate of what you will pay for a specific procedure.

Your insurance provider can determine out-of-pocket costs in advance of obtaining services, since it knows the specifics of your coverage, plan, deductibles and co-pays.

Some insurers have online tools and estimators, while others will ask you to call and speak to someone.

No Insurance? We Can Help.

If you do not have coverage, we can assist you in obtaining medical benefits through federal, state and hospital programs. These programs may help you with your current bill and will help you pay for health needs in the future.

We will help you find out if you qualify for charity care. In some instances, we may be able to provide free or reduced price care if you qualify based on your income.

If you have questions regarding EvergreenHealth Monroe’s Charity Care Program or the Confidential Financial form, please contact EvergreenHealth Monroe’s Charity Line at 360.799.7228.
